I thought these would be bouncy, comfortable, and breathable. That was true but I you are not traveling in a straight line, they are not good because of the narrow heel.

Best shoe I've ever had – Highly Responsive, Durable, Breathable, Light, Propels Forward, Encourages high cadence, Good for racing OR training, sleek and simple aesthetics, right amount of traction with some “float" for road. Overall this is the first shoe I've owned that literally feels like a "ride", it automatically puts me in a more efficient and proper "forward leaning posture" without having to constantly think about fixing that. It did take about 1-2 weeks to get used to the carbon fiber, as I used to run in predominantly bendy shoes. Now that my arches have adapted they feel just perfect. Speaking of arches, I’m so glad these have very little, allowing feet to function without the “crutch” effect.
I can't wait to put them on for each run, they make running so much more enjoyable and fun, riding through the miles. Bravo Nike Designers! Now I just need to set up Go-Fund-Me to try the Nike Vapor Fly ;-)Love these!

These are my current race day shoes. Very comfy and they have a good spring to them, thanks to the full length carbon fiber plate. The shoes are a little heavier than I prefer, so I'll probably throw them into my training shoe rotation and get the vaporfly for race day. I wish they would come out of more colorways for the vaporfly though.

布碌崙地鐵站不斷漏水 MTA稱要等天氣轉暖後處理

布碌崙(布魯克林)Gravesend的Kings Highway地鐵站日前不停漏水，代表該區的市議員崔馬克(Mark Treyger)日前致信大都會運輸署(MTA)，對方回應有注意到該問題，將等天氣更暖時處理；崔馬克認為MTA拖延解決問題的做法欠妥，表示將持續監督MTA直至問題解決。
崔馬克表示，該地鐵站最近剛完成維修，但月台內牆以及天花板多處不停漏水，導致油漆脫落、滋生青苔等，看起來破舊不堪，也影響民眾通勤；他致信MTA反映此問題，對方在回信中表示，部分沿著海邊的N線地鐵站一直有滲水的問題，Kings Highway地鐵站尤其嚴重，滲水可能源自於街道或住宅區。
MTA表示，目前尚未找出根源，但將在5月天氣較暖時，使用特殊的絕緣密封膠(Insulating Sealants)解決問題；MTA也表示，雖然知道這些地鐵站有許多防水的工作要處理，但不想因此造成通勤客的不便而停用地鐵站。
崔馬克對MTA的回應表示不滿，批評這不是一個好計畫，「MTA在即便知道漏水的問題下，還是繼續推進一個不完整的維修項目，未來再不斷重修」；他也說，既然MTA作出承諾在5月解決問題，他將持續關注，直至問題解決。
